Weddings at Theo Lacey Jail

Carla of Cosper Photography is also ordained to perform wedding ceremonies!

There are a few extra steps needed to obtain a marriage license.
Under normal circumstances, both of you would need to appear at the Courthouse
to purchase a marriage license.
You will need to obtain a Notary Public and have them go to the Orange County Courthouse
and get a special form for your fiance to sign.
Once you have the notarized form, you and I will need to go to the Orange County Courthouse together
so that you can purchase your marriage license.
The fee is $150 for Friday ceremonies.
The fee is $200 for Saturday and Sunday ceremonies
After the ceremony, you will need to have your husband sign the marriage license (see the sheriff after your visit)
and return the signed license to me. On Monday I will personally deliver the license to the Courthouse.
